Managing Your Domains via Tenant Dashboard
How to set primary URLs, verify routing status, or remove connected domains.
In addition to configuring your custom domain via our Support Ticket System, you have full control to manage your connected domains directly. Simply log into your Dashboard and navigate to the Domains section to use the following features:
🔗 Set Primary Domain
If you are currently using a temporary subdomain (e.g., mybusiness.websitebuildy.com) and have successfully pointed your custom domain (mybusiness.com) through our managed Cloudflare infrastructure, you can set your custom domain as the Primary address.
How to do it: Locate your custom domain in the list, click Set Primary, and save your changes. This will instantly become the main website address visible to your buyers across the web.
🔄 Verify Connection Status
Before a newly assigned domain goes fully live, it must pass a global DNS propagation check. You can track the real-time status of your domain directly inside your control panel.
How to do it: Click the Verify button to trigger a forced system re-check to confirm whether your domain routing has propagated across the network.
❌ Remove Domain
If you have rebranded or have an old domain you no longer use, you can permanently remove it from your website engine to prevent unnecessary routing conflicts.
How to do it: Simply click the Remove button located next to the specific domain you want to disconnect.
⚠️ Important Notice: Avoid removing domains or altering your Primary URL while an active support ticket is being processed by our administrative team. Always wait for final setup confirmation via your ticket before modifying these advanced settings to avoid unexpected site downtime.
