In this first part, we will explore the tools designed for safety, performance tracking, and data compliance.

🏥 1. Site Health (Your Performance Diagnostic Panel)

Navigate to Tools → Site Health. This interface automatically scans your system setup and reports critical issues or recommended improvements regarding site optimization:

• Status Screen: This gives you a quick health checkup score. It will highlight if any active layouts need updates or if your memory thresholds are optimal.
• Info Tab: This section contains granular details about your website architecture (such as server parameters, active directories, and database sizing). If you ever request custom assistance from support, copying the log from this screen helps our admin diagnose your network environment faster.

🔒 2. Export & Erase Personal Data (Privacy Compliance)

If you handle data compliance laws or if an e-commerce customer formally requests to withdraw their personal records from your online storefront, you can manage their information using these two functions:

• Export Personal Data: Enter the user’s username or email address. The system will gather all user profile data, order history, and metadata, packaging it into a clean zip file that you can safely email to them.
• Erase Personal Data: If a buyer requests total record removal, putting their email address here completely purges their customer footprint from your WordPress database logs instantly.
